Building is a way of thinking. Positivseeds Labs exists so an idea can be investigated before anyone asks it to become a company.
THE PREMISE
Not every idea should become a venture.
Some ideas need a weekend. Some need a prototype. Some need to fail clearly enough that the lesson can be carried elsewhere. Labs gives that uncertain work a deliberate place to happen.
This is not an exhaustive development diary. The archive is curated: a record of questions that produced something useful to see, test, or learn.
